Clinical Depression Symptoms To Know
People who are experiencing depression do not all experience the same clinical depression symptoms. Also the severity, how often you feel paricular symptoms and how long the symptoms last will all be different for each person.
That being said, the following clinical depression symtoms are the ones that most people experience. You will usually experience several of them at the same time.
1. Persisent sadness, anxiousness or a feeling of emptyness.
2. Feelings of hoplessness or pessimism.
3. Feeing guilty, hopless or helpless.
4. Irratibilty and restlessness.
5. Loss of interest in activities that were once pleasurable.
6. Loss of sex drive.
7. Fatique and decreased energy.
8. Difficulty concentrating.
9. Difficuly remebering things and making decisions.
10. Insomnia OR excessive sleeping.
11. Overeating OR loss of appetite.
12. Thoughts of
suicide
.
13. Persistent aches and pains.
14. Headaches.
15. Digestive problems.
While the list is long and unpleasant, the thing to understand is that nothing is permanent and you can feel better and go back to a normal life!
