Suicide and depression often go hand-in-hand. If you reached this page, it's quite likely you or someone you're looking at this information for, may be at the point of thinking about harming themselves.

What you need to do right now is realize that your decisons will not only affect you but also all the people in your life that love and care about you.

This is a very hard issue to have to deal with but the alternative is far worse, so get help now!
